Bugs Submission

The Bugs Tracker for MediaCoder is available on SF.net.

Instructions for submitting a bug

  • Go to the bugs tracker
  • Click "Add New" link
  • Choose a category and group
  • Please describe the behavior of the bug and the following info:
    • version and build number
    • your system (CPU and OS)
    • your settings of MediaCoder
    • your source file format and information
  • Upload an attachment, if necessary

Uploading audio/video clips for testing

You can also upload a clip (<100MB) that MediaCoder has problem with to the following ftp server: 

ftp://mega.3322.org
username: dev
password: dev

Please name your file in a proper way to make it self-identifying.
